We worked with this organization for over a year, until they were ready to stand on their own. We directly managed IT vendors and helped them recruit and onboard an internal IT team. We implemented IT governance processes to improve alignment and decision-making. We implemented a shared IT services model to provide a consistent and centralized IT touchpoint.
