Creating a list of in-use software, cataloging who used it and for what purpose. We could then quickly identify duplicate or redundant services, where the client was paying for different software that did the same thing. We then ran some workshops to diagram key processes spanning multiple teams, to help identify what systems to keep and what should be retained and integrated. We helped them put together an action plan and did most of the technical implementation. We also did a full audit of their Azure subscription and the key Microsoft 365 admin centers, including Azure AD, Security and Compliance, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Endpoint Manager.
